Institutional Content Associate

About the role

The Institutional Content Associate will support Fisher Investments’ global sales and service teams by creating high‑impact, custom marketing and presentation materials. Working closely with sales, portfolio management and executive leadership, you will translate complex capital‑market concepts into clear, visually compelling content that drives client acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, service professionals and portfolio managers to design prospect, consultant, client and internal presentations.
• Develop advanced, custom visual content that showcases investment processes, market outlooks and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure all deliverables are error‑free and meet high standards of quality and timeliness.
• Continuously improve production workflows by refining existing processes or creating new ones.
• Support the Team Leader by reviewing, approving and guiding the work of other team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating visual content and presentations for institutional audiences.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment strategies and the institutional landscape.
• Strong project‑management abilities and comfort navigating complex environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
