In‑store Operations & Sales Advisor – Bicester Village

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious In‑store Operations and Sales Advisor to join our Bicester Village store. You will be the front‑line specialist responsible for managing till operations, supporting customers and ensuring smooth daily store processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all till operations and ensure accurate cash handling throughout the shift.
• Operate and maintain the store’s technological systems, including POS and CRM tools, in line with company procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks promptly and contribute to customer relationship management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in cash operations within a retail environment.
• Empathetic, precise, well‑organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Flexibility to work weekends and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
