About the role

Kinaxis is looking for an Instructor to design, lead and deliver learning experiences for customers, partners and internal teams. The role is fully remote within the United Kingdom and focuses on the Maestro product and end‑to‑end supply chain deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshop‑style training for new to advanced users of the Maestro solution.
• Develop and facilitate sessions that promote best practices in quality deployments.
• Customize and create new courseware, including hands‑on labs, for instructor‑led and virtual training.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Kinaxis applications, instructional techniques and supply‑chain planning trends.
• Create and manage product‑knowledge questions and scenarios for assessments and certifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in training or implementation for supply‑chain software or SaaS.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on training delivery or subject‑matter‑expert work on complex solutions.
• Extensive experience in supply‑chain planning or management.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Good working knowledge of AI tools and an additional European language.
