Insurance Account Director – Senior Client Management

About the role
Our client, a leading insurance broking firm, is seeking an Insurance Account Director to lead the delivery of bespoke risk management solutions for high‑profile corporate clients. You will act as the senior insurance expert, building trusted relationships with CEOs and CFOs and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Understand each client’s business and risk profile to design first‑class insurance programmes.
- Price solutions appropriately to meet client needs while delivering profitable outcomes.
- Lead end‑to‑end client service, overseeing implementation and ongoing management.
- Develop and nurture relationships to achieve strong client retention.
- Monitor and meet KPIs and service level agreements.
Required profile
- Extensive commercial insurance knowledge across multiple classes of business.
- Proven ability to engage senior executives with credibility and presence.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and business development.
