Insurance Account Executive - Personal Lines

About the role

Everywhen, a UK-based broking and advisory business of the Ardonagh Group, is recruiting an experienced Private Clients Account Executive for its East Grinstead office. The role suits someone who enjoys building strong, trusted and profitable client relationships and helping clients find the right insurance products. It is a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Tailor your approach to each client, working with them face to face, on the phone or via video call
• Support clients throughout the year
• Network and prospect to build and develop your portfolio
• Offer clients solutions across a wide range of brands and products, beyond simple upselling or cross-selling

Required profile

• Proven previous experience within the insurance industry
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and curious, eager to learn about the insurance industry
• Team player with a positive, collaborative outlook and resilience to change
• Integrity, as the organisation is financially regulated
