Insurance Account Handler

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Account Handler to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial property clients in the Medway area. The role combines client‑facing account management with renewals administration, ensuring a seamless experience for existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property insurance accounts.
• Process policy renewals and ensure timely communication with clients.
• Respond to new business enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Maintain accurate client records and update policy information.
• Liaise with underwriting and other internal teams to resolve queries.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and relationship management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance broking, preferably household or property insurance.
• Proven ability to handle client accounts and renewals professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gillingham and commute easily.
• Ambitious, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
