About the role
We are looking for an Insurance Account Handler to join our Glasgow team. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, enjoy a competitive basic salary and a generous bonus structure, and benefit from the support of the UK’s largest independent insurance broker. Flexible hybrid working options are available.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, handling queries and providing timely assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support both service and sales objectives.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Confidence communicating with clients both on the phone and face‑to‑face.
- Team‑player with a positive outlook, resilience and high integrity.
