Insurance Advisor

About the role

Howden, a global insurance group with 24,000 employees across 56 countries, is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join its Consumer & Local Commercial team in Horsham. You will talk with clients, listen to their needs and build relationships, and help them find tailored solutions. Full training is provided on the job, including workshops and coaching, and you will be supported through industry-recognised qualifications.

Required profile

• You enjoy talking to people, listening and building relationships, and getting to know clients and their requirements.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and can design tailor-made solutions rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
• No previous experience is required, as on-site training and coaching are provided.
• A passion and entrepreneurial mindset, especially for subjects such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine or fine art.
• An ambitious attitude, as Howden promotes internally and leadership roles start with Insurance Advisors.
