Insurance Claims & Client Services Specialist

About the role

Aon Business Services in Leicester is seeking an ambitious Insurance Claims & Premiums Handler to join a high‑performing, collaborative team. You will act as a trusted point of contact for a diverse portfolio of international clients, primarily focusing on claims processing while gaining exposure to reinsurance excess‑of‑loss and facultative claims.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and own post‑placement transactional activities.
• Work with the Global Capability Centre to process and submit claims and premiums to London and company markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Identify and resolve client and underwriter queries, streamlining processes to keep transactions moving.
• Manage cash flow by proactively handling overdue balances and securing timely settlements.
• Collaborate with brokers, Client Managers and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile
