Insurance Client Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is hiring an Insurance Client Executive in Swansea. You will support a designated client portfolio as their first point of contact, building strong relationships and helping clients with their queries. The role suits people who enjoy customer service or sales, and offers a hybrid and flexible working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact for clients
• Build strong relationships and support clients with their queries
• Provide customer service and sales support, with relationship-building central to success

Required profile

• Essential: some experience in the insurance industry
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and willing to learn, with curiosity
• Confidence working with clients on the phone and face to face; customer service experience is important
• Team player with a positive, collaborative outlook and resilience to change
• Honesty and integrity, fitting a financially regulated organisation
