Insurance Client Executive

About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is hiring an Insurance Client Executive in Bury St Edmunds. The role supports a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, building strong relationships and helping clients with their queries. It suits people who enjoy customer service or sales, and the company offers hybrid and flexible working.

Key responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact for clients
• Build strong relationships and support clients with their queries
• Work with clients both on the phone and face to face

Required profile

• Proactive, entrepreneurial and willing to learn; curiosity is valued
• Experience in customer service is important, and some insurance industry experience is helpful but not essential
• Team player with a positive, collaborative outlook and resilience to change
• Honesty and integrity, given the financial regulation of the industry
