Insurance Renewals Advisor – High Net Worth

About the role

This position offers a great opportunity to develop expertise in High Net Worth (HNW) insurance renewals and to progress toward a senior advisory role. You will primarily manage renewal portfolios while also supporting new business enquiries as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage renewal contracts for HNW personal and commercial insurance policies.
• Respond to occasional new business enquiries and provide accurate quotations.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with underwriters and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience handling personal lines or commercial insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with insurance policy administration systems.
• Understanding of HNW insurance products and renewal processes.
