Insurance Sales Representative (Eastleigh)

About the role

Join a growing insurance business as an Insurance Sales Representative based in Eastleigh. You will work on a structured training programme, selling private medical insurance solutions to customers who have already expressed interest online.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to warm leads generated from online enquiries.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finding conversations to capture client needs and medical history.
• Use a real‑time quoting system to compare insurance products and present tailored options.
• Recommend suitable private medical insurance plans based on budget and requirements.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales confidently.
• Maintain compliance, quality assurance and high levels of customer care.
• Achieve KPIs such as referrals, cancellations and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Experience in telephone‑based outbound sales (cold calling not required).
• Open to candidates from insurance, finance, professional services or other sectors.
• Strong communication, resilience and a target‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to complete full training, including FCA compliance and product knowledge.

• Basic salary £35,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £50k‑£100k+).
