Insurance Technician – Account Executive (Finpro)

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is with a leading independent broker operating across Lloyd's of London, Bermuda and international specialty markets. As an Insurance Technician/Account Executive in the Finpro team, you will support International D&O and Financial Institutions business, liaising with brokers, clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist brokers with renewals and new business opportunities, preparing formal quotes and contract documentation.
• Review and improve policy wordings and produce supporting spreadsheets for complex placements.
• Ensure premium accuracy and collaborate with the finance team on financial validation.
• Load placements onto the PPL system and manage an allocated account list.
• Tailor risk transfer solutions for clients and producers, working alongside broking and claims teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Account Executive/Technician handling Commercial FI, D&O and Cyber business.
• Knowledge of fintech and Finpro operations within the UK insurance market.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with the insurance regulatory environment.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and maintain organised time‑management practices.
