Integrated Healthcare Specialist – Dermatology (UK)

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Healthcare Specialist to lead pre‑launch engagement with dermatology specialists across the Southwest and Southeast of the UK. The role combines scientific education, commercial activities and market‑access support to prepare key accounts for the upcoming product launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑launch engagement with dermatology specialists in secondary care, delivering disease education and non‑promotional scientific exchange.
• Build compliant relationships with stakeholders involved in dermatology diagnosis, treatment and service delivery.
• Identify launch‑ready accounts, advocates and centres of excellence.
• Support account readiness by understanding local funding pathways, decision‑making structures and removing adoption barriers.
• Develop robust territory and account plans, mapping influencers and decision‑makers.
• Contribute to launch planning, share field insights and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with the ABPI Code of Practice and company SOPs.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial roles, preferably within dermatology.
• Strong understanding of UK market‑access processes and reimbursement mechanisms.
• Ability to build and maintain ethical, patient‑focused relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
