Integration Programme Coordinator

About the role

The Integration Programme Coordinator is responsible for managing the practical and financial aspects of system integrations across Cera Care. Acting as the central point of contact, the role ensures data quality, maintains essential project documentation, and oversees financial handovers to support seamless transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate due‑diligence responses and track integration KPIs.
• Support end‑to‑end integration activities, including system setup, data migration, and financial handover.
• Liaise with Finance, People, IT, Operations, and Systems teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Develop playbooks or process guides to standardise future integration efforts.
• Monitor integration milestones and assist the Integration Program Manager with progress reporting.
• Contribute to wider operational projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to data integrity and accuracy during system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem‑solving mindset, capable of working independently and within a team.
• Background in social care or local authority finance is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong experience with Google Sheets.
