Integration Support Manager

About the role

Join LoopMe’s global Marketplace team in London as an Integration Support Manager. You will bridge technical delivery and commercial performance, owning publisher integrations from onboarding through live deployment while supporting Business Development and Account Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned publisher portfolios and lead end‑to‑end integration across SDK, oRTB, VAST and web‑tag implementations.
• Manage all technical communication with key client accounts throughout the integration lifecycle to ensure a seamless publisher experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, liaising directly with third‑party providers to minimise disruption.
• Partner with Product, Supply and Data Science teams to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement in integration processes and tooling.
• Use SQL and data tooling to surface insights that support commercial performance and inform technical decisions.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client service across assigned publisher accounts, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support and integrations within an AdTech environment.
• Working knowledge of web technologies and at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python or PHP.
• Confidence querying and analysing data using MySQL, MS‑SQL or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, including campaign trafficking and pixel implementation.
• Nice to have: experience managing publisher‑facing relationships, familiarity with supply‑side or marketplace dynamics, and hands‑on SDK/app integration support.
