Interim Brand Manager - Wines and Spirits

About the role

Our client, a leading luxury wines and spirits house, is seeking an experienced Interim Brand Manager to join the West End London office for a four‑month assignment. You will work closely with the Group Head of Brand, overseeing daily brand activities and contributing to strategic campaigns that reinforce the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group Head of Brand on strategic planning and campaign delivery.
• Define short‑ and long‑term brand objectives, KPIs and growth targets.
• Manage the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across divisions.
• Support the Senior Graphic Designer in creating digital and print assets.
• Oversee production processes for POS materials and packaging with the Procurement team.
• Lead content production and brief external agencies as required.
• Maintain the budget tracker and manage related financial processes.
• Assist with market research, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate international brand requirements in partnership with the sales team.
• Produce the internal quarterly newsletter and act as Brand Guardian for guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager within the luxury consumer sector.
• Background in wine, spirits or premium beverages is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer behaviour.
• Track record of delivering successful multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and cross‑functional teams.
