Interim Business Analyst – Housing Improvement Programme

About the role

An experienced Business Analyst is required for an interim role supporting a major housing improvement programme. You will assess current processes, gather requirements, and drive improvements to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements across housing services.
• Work closely with Programme Managers to support delivery of improvement initiatives.
• Analyse existing processes and identify efficiencies and service enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Create process maps, business cases, and functional specifications.
• Support implementation of system and service changes.
• Track benefits realisation and programme outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and service standards.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analysing and improving business processes within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of technology and its application in service transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating process documentation and business cases.
• A methodical approach to problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
