Interim Finance Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a high‑growth, established business that needs a commercially‑minded Finance Analyst to join its finance team on an interim basis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering high‑quality financial analysis and insight to support key business decisions. The role covers management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis within a fast‑paced finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial and management reporting.
• Analyse financial and operational performance and identify key trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Produce detailed variance analysis and investigate movements.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools while partnering with finance and wider business teams to provide commercial insight.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A or commercial finance role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Immediately available or able to start on short notice.
