Interim Finance Business Partner

About the role
This interim position supports a large, fast‑paced, multi‑site organisation in Hertfordshire. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial finance insight, reporting, and project support to influence key business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare group financial reporting and management information.
- Partner with operational teams to deliver finance insights.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
- Support finance transformation and improvement projects.
- Navigate a complex, multi‑entity environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in management reporting and business partnering.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
- Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, facilities management, retail or similar large multi‑site sectors.
- Available to start on short notice.
