About the role
We are supporting an NHS Trust with an interim Finance Manager for an initial three‑month assignment starting in November. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Bicester office, and offers the chance to add immediate value in a finance and governance‑focused position.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate management accounts and meet month‑end deadlines.
- Provide clear financial reporting, insight and briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with operational, corporate and budget leads to support robust decision‑making.
- Support budget setting, forecasting, costing, benchmarking and cost‑improvement plans.
- Contribute to audit preparation, financial governance and accurate external returns.
- Deputise for the Senior Finance Manager, ensuring transparent management processes and effective use of Trust funds.
