Interim Group Reporting Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance team on a 12‑month contract. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will help drive group reporting, consolidations, budgeting and statutory reporting across a busy, evolving finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly group balance‑sheet consolidation, reviewing international entity submissions and processing adjustments.
• Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process, collaborating with the Group Financial Controller to resolve differences.
• Support the annual group budgeting process and coordinate key deliverables.
• Prepare statutory accounts for UK holding and dormant entities.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior finance leadership.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly group management accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations within a multi‑entity organisation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and group finance systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and collaborative approach in a fast‑paced environment.
