Interim HR Advisor – Temp to Perm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join a fast‑growing, creative organisation on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in our London office, and offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities, especially employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied employee‑relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, investigations and performance issues.
• Provide practical, commercially‑focused HR advice to managers and employees.
• Coach and support leaders through people‑related challenges and formal processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and other employee‑lifecycle activities.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and the consistent application of HR policies.
• Produce HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and culture projects.

Required profile

• Proven HR Advisor experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Strong employee‑relations knowledge with the ability to handle cases independently.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail, organisational ability and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience preferred.
