Interim HR Business Partner – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join a fast‑paced organisation undergoing a major restructuring. The role is fully remote and will support a live transformation programme for a 6‑8 week contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on employee‑relations issues, including complex cases.
• Support the delivery of a live reorganisation and change programme.
• Conduct employee consultations and meetings via Microsoft Teams.
• Coach and guide managers through the change process.
• Ensure HR best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and handling complex cases.
• Experience supporting restructures, reorganisations or large‑scale change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and quickly establish credibility.
• Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice.
