Interim HR Manager – Acquisition & Integration (6 months)

About the role
Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a client in the North East of England to lead a critical acquisition and integration project. This six‑month interim HR Manager role will work closely with senior leaders to ensure a smooth transition for approximately 100 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership throughout the acquisition, overseeing employee communications and onboarding.
- Drive organisational change initiatives and integration planning.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Strong exposure to change, integration or M&A projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per year.
- Hybrid working arrangement based in Middlesbrough.
