Interim HRIS & Data Specialist (Cascade) – Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Interim HRIS (Cascade) & Data Specialist to support a charitable client in Stratford, London. The role runs for an initial 6‑9 months, working three days a week (one day onsite, two days remote) and offers a full‑time equivalent salary of £45,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration of the IRIS Cascade HR system, including configuration, maintenance and user management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across the system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external providers and internal IT.
• Develop and deliver training, guidance and documentation for Cascade users.
• Support GDPR compliance through access management and data‑protection processes.
• Design, schedule and maintain HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absence, EDI).
• Produce tailored data sets for senior stakeholders, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Provide analysis and insights to aid workforce planning and strategic projects.
• Identify and implement enhancements to HRIS functionality and related people processes.
• Collaborate with People, IT and Finance teams on cross‑functional data initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering IRIS Cascade (essential).
• Strong background in HR data reporting and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part‑time, hybrid setting.
• Available to start within one month’s notice.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Kallidus or Cornerstone is desirable.
