About the role
This interim position supports a membership organisation in London with a short‑notice start. The specialist will design, deliver and review learning programmes while evaluating the overall L&D function.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a skills audit and training needs analysis across the organisation.
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions, both online and face‑to‑face.
- Partner with subject‑matter experts to create training on performance management, appraisals, leadership, AI, data and other topics.
- Review the current LMS and advise on procurement or implementation of a new system.
- Audit statutory and mandatory training, then design and facilitate required sessions.
- Support the launch of new organisational values and develop manager capability.
- Facilitate learning events, interactive activities and develop an action plan for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Open to experience in any sector, with proven ability to design and deliver blended learning.
- Available to start at short notice and work autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Comfortable managing both full‑time and part‑time patterns, with potential shift to ad‑hoc work later in the contract.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily rate of £250‑£300.
- Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in London, rest remote).
- Initial 9‑month contract with possibility of extension.
