Interim Payroll Specialist – ADP IHCM (3‑6 month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Interim Payroll Specialist with deep expertise in ADP IHCM to support a well‑established real‑estate organisation in South London. The role is a 3‑6 month rolling contract, working on‑site at least four days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end UK payrolls accurately using ADP IHCM.
• Handle complex payroll scenarios such as multiple commission structures, pension arrangements and payroll adjustments.
• Act as the ADP IHCM subject‑matter expert, providing guidance, training and support to the wider payroll team.
• Partner with the Head of Payroll to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation, regulations and internal policies.
• Support payroll‑related projects and ad‑hoc initiatives for finance and HR.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience processing UK payrolls end‑to‑end.
• At least three years using ADP payroll systems, preferably ADP IHCM.
• Strong understanding of complex payroll environments, including commission schemes and pension administration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience training or mentoring colleagues on payroll systems.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work on‑site in Teddington.
