Interim PMO Specialist / Project Manager (Self-Starter)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing business that currently has no dedicated project‑management function. They need an experienced Interim PMO Specialist / Project Manager who can hit the ground running, audit the existing set‑up and build a scalable delivery capability from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of eight live delivery projects, review or create project plans, define scope and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Evaluate, select and implement a project‑management SaaS tool (e.g., Projects by Pipedrive, Asana, Monday.com) that integrates with the existing Pipedrive CRM.
• Map team capacity, allocate resources, budgets and tools to support current work and an upcoming pipeline of 18 new projects.
• Monitor performance, maintain risk registers and guarantee quality standards across all deliverables.
• Establish reporting lines, run progress meetings and produce standard project documentation such as status reports and charters.
• Design scalable processes and provide light mentoring to staff adopting the new workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a dedicated PMO or Project Management role.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification (PMP, APM).
• Proven ability to work autonomously in an environment with no existing PM infrastructure.

Required skills

• Strong technical literacy with hands‑on experience setting up project‑management SaaS tools.
• Experience integrating SaaS tools with CRM systems, specifically Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms.
