Interim Recruiter EMEA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Recruiter to support a leading international consulting firm across the EMEA region. The role is hybrid, based in London with 2‑3 days per week in the office, and offers an immediate start on a 6‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple EMEA locations, covering consulting, technical, corporate and professional services roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Direct‑source high‑calibre candidates using a variety of channels and conduct thorough screening and assessment.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, oversee offer processes and support onboarding.
• Provide market insight, talent intelligence and salary benchmarking to stakeholders.
• Drive employer branding, candidate engagement and DEI hiring objectives.
• Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and keep ATS data up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries, preferably in professional services, consulting, engineering, legal or financial sectors.
• Strong direct‑sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously across diverse business areas.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, market mapping and talent attraction.
• Collaborative, commercially‑minded approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
