Interim Resourcing Officer – Remote (Temp)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Resourcing Officer to support our client in proactively identifying and attracting high-quality talent. Working remotely, you will use a range of sourcing tools to build pipelines and provide market insight for recruitment campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal systems.
• Apply Boolean, advanced search and AI techniques to locate suitable talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles across sectors such as legal, insurance and claims.
• Utilise Talent Insights for market mapping and labour-market intelligence.
• Engage passive candidates through tailored LinkedIn InMails and other channels.
• Support recruitment campaigns and keep the ATS and tracking systems up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Resourcing Advisors, managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide feedback on talent markets, candidate availability and sourcing challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in proactive sourcing, preferably with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Experience using an ATS and building candidate pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean searching, search filters and AI sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional, collaborative approach with an understanding of confidentiality.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and quickly learn new talent markets.
