Interim Reward Manager – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This 3‑month fixed‑term position supports a global, matrixed organisation in delivering its EU Pay Transparency Directive programme and other strategic reward initiatives. You will work closely with senior reward, HR, finance and legal partners across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a multi‑country pay‑transparency programme, ensuring alignment with EU Directive requirements.
• Develop and implement salary ranges and remove pay‑secrecy clauses where required.
• Introduce pay ranges into recruitment adverts and support pay‑analysis reporting for leadership.
• Assist with the rollout of a global recognition platform and peer‑to‑peer recognition aligned to company values.
• Support phase‑two of an international share‑plan migration, improving enrolment processes.
• Prepare remuneration committee materials, bonus modelling and ad‑hoc reward reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering reward projects or programmes in complex or international organisations.
• Exposure to pay‑transparency, pay‑equity or reward governance initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in salary structures, benchmarking and pay‑range design.
• Ability to work collaboratively across HR, finance, legal and local market teams.
