About the role
This interim position supports a higher‑education organisation in London, leading executive remuneration and benchmarking activities on a short‑term basis. The role is hybrid, allowing a mix of on‑site and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide reward leadership expertise to the executive team and chair RemCo meetings.
- Partner with the Executive Committee to ensure critical reward activities are delivered on time.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis for executive remuneration.
- Lead the development and maintenance of pay and grading frameworks, job evaluation and pay‑gap analysis.
- Support the creation and refinement of the overall reward strategy.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
Required profile
- Public‑sector or not‑for‑profit experience is desirable.
- Proven experience leading executive reward initiatives.
- Ability to start at short notice.
