Interim Reward Manager – Job Evaluation (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join our team on a six‑month interim basis. The role will support organisational change, job evaluation activity and reward decision‑making for a large, complex organisation. It is a hybrid position based in London with flexible home working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead job evaluation reviews to ensure consistency, internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate evaluation reviews linked to organisational restructures and business change programmes.
• Conduct external benchmarking and market analysis to inform reward decisions.
• Perform pay impact analysis and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support reward projects and annual reward activities.
• Analyse reward data and provide meaningful management insights.
• Ensure accurate review and administration of reward and benefit changes.
• Partner with HR colleagues and senior leaders to deliver expert reward advice.

Required profile

• Significant experience in reward and compensation.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong job evaluation expertise, preferably using the Korn Ferry methodology.
• Advanced analytical abilities and commercial, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and reporting.
• Experience using the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology.

• Pay rate: £33.95 per hour PAYE or £43.37 per hour Umbrella.
