Interim Rewards Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Our client, a leading global organisation, is looking for an experienced Rewards Specialist to join the reward team on an interim basis. The role will support the delivery of the annual pay and bonus processes and ensure smooth day‑to‑day reward operations during a critical year‑end period.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of the annual pay review and bonus cycles.
• Provide operational reward expertise throughout the year‑end period.
• Ensure reward activities are accurate, efficient and meet agreed timelines.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and business stakeholders to coordinate reward‑related activities.
• Administer and govern compensation programmes and reward policies.
• Analyse reward data and deliver insights for decision‑making.
• Respond to reward‑related queries from stakeholders and employees.
• Assist with reward benchmarking, market analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes, controls and documentation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits function.
• Proven track record supporting annual salary review and bonus cycles.
• Strong understanding of reward operations, governance and best practice.
• Excellent analytical ability with clear communication of reward data.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with ability to manage competing priorities.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
