About the role
We are partnering with a London Local Authority to appoint an experienced senior specialist to lead their SEND Reform Programme on an interim basis. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model and is expected to run for approximately six months.
Key responsibilities
- Translate the SEND Reform plan into a detailed programme of work.
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and nurture relationships with multiple agencies and senior stakeholders.
- Provide overall ownership of programme delivery and pace.
- Assure project quality and governance throughout the transformation.
Required profile
- Extensive experience working in SEND within a Local Authority.
- Proven track record of delivering successful SEN transformation programmes.
- Ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong understanding of multi‑agency collaboration and complex stakeholder environments.
Required skills
