About the role

The client is a leading professional services organisation experiencing rapid growth across its consulting and advisory practices. They are seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to support critical hiring projects on a 4‑month contract, working in a hybrid London setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple permanent hiring projects for professional services and consulting functions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract Manager and Senior Manager‑level talent.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market conditions.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting within professional services, consulting or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive talent.
• Experience hiring at Manager and Senior Manager levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to work at pace and start immediately.
