Interim Training Content and Systems Trainer

About the role

This interim position supports a high‑profile transformation programme by creating and delivering learning content for a new enterprise‑wide technology platform. The role is hybrid, with three days per week on‑site in London, and runs for three months.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging learning materials such as video tutorials, quick‑reference guides and digital modules.
• Write clear user documentation and process guides to aid system adoption.
• Maintain training needs assessments aligned with business requirements.
• Deliver virtual training sessions to end‑users across multiple locations.
• Run user support clinics and drop‑in sessions to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training on large‑scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Strong instructional design and content‑creation abilities.
• Excellent facilitation and virtual training delivery skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
