Interim Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

A major international organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Transfer Pricing Manager for a 9-month contract based in London, starting as soon as possible. The role takes ownership of complex international tax initiatives and sits at the intersection of Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial Operations. It is paid at £620 per day, inside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement global Transfer Pricing policies, working with senior stakeholders across several international jurisdictions.
• Lead strategic TP projects such as Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), IP transfers, business integrations, divestments and major commercial transactions.
• Manage international tax audits and controversies, responding to tax authorities and resolving cross-border TP challenges.
• Oversee global TP compliance by reviewing profitability assessments, intercompany charging arrangements and transfer pricing documentation.
• Influence commercial decisions by partnering with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and Commercial leaders on TP implications.
• Drive operational improvements and support business transformation by embedding TP requirements into strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Established Transfer Pricing professional, ideally with experience in a complex multinational business, Big Four consultancy or international professional services firm.
• Proven track record delivering complex TP projects, including APAs, IP transfers and international tax audits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach to solving complex tax challenges.
• Confidence to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.

Required skills

• Strong technical expertise in international Transfer Pricing and OECD guidelines.
