Interim TSA Compliance Analyst - Telecoms Security Act

About the role

This interim position supports a leading telecoms provider in delivering Telecoms Security Act (TSA) projects and responding to regulatory information requests. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in an office (Reading, London or Manchester) and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage TSA Requests for Information (RFI) and coordinate responses.
• Gather, validate, and organise compliance evidence for regulatory submissions.
• Support the delivery of TSA‑related projects.
• Ensure all responses meet OFCOM regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on TSA experience within a telecoms organisation – essential.
• Strong understanding of TSA requirements and OFCOM regulatory response expectations.
• Ability to re‑prioritise work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Delivery‑focused, detail‑oriented and process‑driven.
