Interior Architect – High-End Residential Projects

About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Interior Architect to join a collaborative practice focused on luxury residential projects in South West London. The role will centre on the restoration and contemporary wellness addition to a historic Grade II* listed building.
Key responsibilities
- Design and coordinate large‑scale high‑end residential interiors.
- Create spatial layouts, interior elevations and bespoke joinery drawings.
- Prepare detailed specifications, finishes schedules and architectural details such as cornices, architraves and skirting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is realised.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience on high‑end residential projects.
- Strong understanding of English, French and Italian design styles alongside contemporary trends.
- Proven ability to assist with design, coordination and specification of large projects.
- Confidence in producing detailed drawings and specifications.

What we offer
- Salary range £45,000 – £55,000 per year.
- Opportunity to lead smaller‑scale projects.
- 20 days holiday plus 3 days over Christmas.
