Interior Plant Technician

About the role

Join Rentokil Initial as an Interior Plant Technician on the Bristol branch, supporting customers in Farnborough, Reading and surrounding areas. You will travel to client sites to install and maintain interior and exterior plant displays, receiving industry‑leading training even if you have no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain a variety of interior and exterior plant and flower displays.
• Maintain scenting units and cartridges.
• Assist with seasonal display installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop agreed‑upon designs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt working patterns to business needs.
• Physical ability to install planters, hanging baskets and work at heights.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.
