Internal Account Executive

About the role

The Internal Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, contractors and distribution partners across the water‑management and infrastructure sector. You will identify new business opportunities, prepare quotations and convert leads into profitable orders while supporting the external sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors and distribution partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and convert opportunities into orders.
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to win new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in internal sales or account management, preferably in M&E, building services, pump or merchant sectors.
• Good technical understanding of pumping systems, engineered products, clean water and heating systems.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
• Confident user of CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer data.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and driven to exceed sales targets.
