Internal Audit Equity Partner – Corporate Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Equity Partner to join a global firm serving the corporate market. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact audit advisory services across a range of sectors while offering equity partnership and long‑term career stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal audit advisory engagements for corporate market clients across sectors such as real estate, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, pharma and utilities.
• Develop and grow a diversified portfolio of audit assignments, ensuring delivery of high‑quality audit reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain an extensive market network to generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape audit methodology and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading internal audit teams within corporate markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a diverse client portfolio.
• Strong network and reputation in at least one UK corporate sector.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid basis with access to London and the Midlands.
