Internal Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Internal Business Development Manager to join a fast‑growing specialist property finance lender. Based in our Altrincham office, you will nurture and expand relationships with mortgage and specialist finance brokers, promoting a suite of bridging finance products over the phone and in virtual meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries via phone and email, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Promote residential, commercial, semi‑commercial and auction bridging finance products.
• Respond to broker enquiries, provide product information and support the progression of new business opportunities.
• Make proactive outbound calls to generate enquiries and grow the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with sales and underwriting teams to guide brokers through the lending process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product offerings and market trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a telephone‑based business development or sales role.
• Proven track record of promoting bridging finance products.
• Confident telephone manner with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset and a genuine desire to develop a career in property finance.
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
