Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to build and lead the internal communications function from the ground up. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape the narrative that unites the organisation and keep employees informed, engaged and aligned during periods of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports business objectives, values and culture.
• Create and manage an annual communications calendar aligned with business milestones, people moments and strategic priorities.
• Establish frameworks, channels and processes for timely, consistent, and effective communication across the organisation.
• Write, edit and produce high‑quality content including all‑staff emails, leadership messages, intranet articles, briefing materials, video scripts and presentations.
• Own and manage internal channels such as the intranet, email distribution and messaging platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, to ensure messaging consistency and relevance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering strategic internal communications programmes end‑to‑end.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence across a geographically distributed workforce.
• Strong storytelling ability and passion for creating a unified "One Titan" narrative.
• Marketing qualification not essential; relevant hands‑on experience is critical.
• Background in a regulated environment is advantageous, though financial services experience is not required.
• Willingness to be regularly present in the London office.
