Internal Digital Software Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Digital Software Account Manager to join GLL’s Digital and Technology team in Woolwich. The role will support the delivery of the organisation’s digital agenda by managing software applications, supplier relationships and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full estate of software applications, from supplier selection and implementation to maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date register of all software suppliers, systems and associated credentials.
• Manage relationships with software suppliers to ensure optimal performance, support and product enhancements.
• Drive operational efficiency by reducing duplicate systems and ensuring smooth operation of all applications.
• Provide user support and training, working closely with the Service Desk to maximise effective use of SaaS solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high security standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for software applications and related processes.

Required profile

• Passion for technology and digital transformation.
• Strong ability to manage software lifecycles and supplier relationships.
• Experience delivering user support and training for SaaS applications.
• Understanding of compliance and security requirements for software assets.
