Internal Project Manager

About the role

Edenred PayTech is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead internal, high‑impact initiatives across finance, compliance, legal and product domains. You will own the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of new requirements across technical, legal, compliance, risk and financial areas.
• Plan, schedule, monitor activities, manage resources and budgets.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, documentation and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify, escalate and resolve risks, issues and blockers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Produce accurate project status updates and governance deliverables.
• Manage scope changes and change requests efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement, share best practices and refine project methodologies.
• Mentor junior PMs and influence project standards, templates and tools.

Required profile

• Proven success managing full‑lifecycle projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and navigate complex organisational structures.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and quality assurance.
