Internal Recruiter – Sales & Merchandising (UK)

About the role

As an Internal Recruiter at CPM you will source and place talent for sales and merchandising positions across the UK, working with leading brands such as Mars, ASDA, Diageo, Suntory and Samsung. The role is phone‑driven, fast‑paced and ideal for candidates who enjoy building relationships and thriving in a target‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct engaging telephone and Teams interviews.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases to proactively source talent.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Handle multiple vacancies while maintaining speed and quality.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective recruitment campaigns.
• Identify creative solutions to recruitment challenges and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys phone‑based interaction.
• Target‑driven, organised, resilient and motivated by results.
• Experience in recruitment, outbound sales, contact‑centre or other phone‑focused roles (not mandatory).
• Proactive, positive attitude and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills.
• Good IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office; experience with recruitment systems or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

• Basic salary £28,000 plus uncapped OTE of £5,000.
• 37.5‑hour, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
